2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
- Standard Craft Products: Orders are verified and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays).
- Custom & Bespoke Creations: Made-to-order Kundan pieces or personalized resin plaques require 2 to 4 business days for handcrafting before dispatch.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the shipping tier selected at checkout and the destination pincode:
- Standard Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days across metro and tier-1/tier-2 cities.
- Priority Air Express: Delivered within 1 to 2 business days to major metropolitan hubs.
- Intra-State / NCR Region: Delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
4. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Threshold
- Free Pan-India Shipping: All orders with a cart total of ₹999 or above qualify for complimentary Standard Express Shipping.
- Orders Below ₹999: A nominal flat logistics fee of ₹49 is applied at checkout.
- Priority Air Express: Available for a flat charge of ₹199 regardless of order size.
5. Delivery Locations & Courier Partners
We deliver to over 19,000 pincodes across all States and Union Territories in India via leading certified express carriers including BlueDart, Delhivery, XpressBees, and India Post SpeedPost.
6. Real-Time Order Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched from our Noida studio, you will receive an SMS and email containing your tracking AWB number and a direct tracking link. You can also track your shipment anytime on our Track Order page.
7. Delayed Deliveries
While our courier partners achieve a 98% on-time delivery rate, occasional delays may occur due to severe weather conditions, local holidays, or regional disruptions. If your shipment has not arrived within 7 business days, please notify our support team immediately.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
All our packages are fully transit-insured. If your package arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or opened, please take clear photos before accepting or refuse delivery and contact us within 48 hours at info@kriativekrafts.com for an immediate replacement or full refund.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address, landmark, and contact phone number during checkout. Kriative Krafts cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
10. International Shipping
Currently, our automated online checkout supports Pan-India domestic shipments. International craft shipments to select countries are handled manually by our concierge desk on an inquiry basis. Please email info@kriativekrafts.com for overseas quotes.
