1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
At Kriative Krafts, we are committed to delivering the highest quality artisanal beads, jewelry, and hobby craft supplies. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of package delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all security tags and barcodes attached.
- Custom-cut ribbons, personalized jewelry, and clearance items marked as final sale are not eligible for standard returns unless damaged upon arrival.
2. Easy Step-by-Step Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Log in to your account and navigate to My Account > Returns & Refunds.
- Select the relevant order, choose the item(s) you wish to return, and provide a brief reason along with photos if defective.
- Once approved by our support concierge, an automated pickup will be scheduled via our logistics partner within 24-48 business hours.
3. Inspection & Refund Processing Timeline
Once your returned package reaches our central warehouse and completes quality verification:
- Prepaid Orders (UPI/Cards/Net Banking): Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be transferred directly to your bank account via IMPS/NEFT or credited as instant store credit points.
