1. When an Order Can Be Cancelled
At Kriative Krafts, we aim to offer maximum flexibility to our patrons. You may request an order cancellation at any time while your order is in "Processing" status, prior to shipment dispatch from our warehouse.
2. How to Request Cancellation
You can cancel your order through any of the following convenient methods:
- Customer Account Portal: Log in to your account, visit My Orders, locate the relevant order, and click the "Cancel Order" button if still eligible.
- Artisan Concierge Support: Email our support desk at info@kriativekrafts.com or call +91 98765 43210 with your order number (e.g. KK-940218) requesting immediate cancellation.
3. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been packed, assigned an Air Waybill (AWB), and handed over to our express courier partner, it cannot be cancelled in transit.
In such cases, you may either politely refuse delivery when the courier partner attempts doorstep handover, or accept the parcel and initiate a standard return within 7 days via our Refund & Return Policy.
4. Cancellation of Customized & Bespoke Products
- Orders involving customized jewelry, personalized engravings, custom-cut ribbon lengths, or bespoke resin art can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once our artisans have begun material preparation and crafting, bespoke orders become non-cancellable and non-refundable.
5. Refund After Successful Cancellation
Upon successful verification and approval of your cancellation request:
- Prepaid Transactions (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards): The entire invoice amount will be refunded directly to your original payment source.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The order will simply be cancelled on our system with zero cancellation penalties.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds are initiated by our accounts desk within 24 business hours of cancellation approval. The credit will reflect in your bank account or card statement within 3 to 5 business days, subject to your issuing bank's standard clearing cycles.
7. Right of Cancellation by Kriative Krafts
Kriative Krafts reserves the right to cancel any order under extraordinary circumstances, such as unexpected stock unavailability, identification of pricing or technical errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such events, the patron will be notified immediately and issued a 100% full refund.
